High-quality raw liquid coloring fiber development and application project started

The “National Key R&D Program Project – Development and Application of High-Quality Raw Liquid Coloring Fiber” project was officially launched. The project is led by the China Textile Science Research Institute and is the first batch of national key R&D projects in the “ 13th Five-Year Plan”.

The key points of the “National Key R&D Program Project – Development and Application of High-Quality Raw Liquid Colored Fiber” include: research on polyester, polyamide pigment liquid fiber polymerization, spinning dynamics and color change mechanism; research on high proportion, multi-component Adding and efficient uniform dispersion technology, high-efficiency masterbatch, color paste preparation technology, masterbatch or color paste, functional component synergistic control and fiber preparation technology, spinning, finishing technology and special additives; establishment of raw liquid coloring fiber preparation With the application database and standard specifications, the demonstration of raw liquid coloring fiber preparation and industrial chain application is realized.

The project study period is from July this year to the end of 2020. At present, Yizheng Chemical Fiber has already had relevant plans for industrial demonstration construction. Cangzhou Anxing has already carried out spinning experiments, and the test line of Hengyi Chemical Fiber has been completed. The project's goal also includes the formation of a capacity of 3 million tons, and the construction of the demonstration line is currently in progress.

Li Xin, deputy dean of China Textile Science Research Institute and vice chairman of chemical fiber industry technology innovation strategic alliance, pointed out that in the industrialization and marketization of raw liquid coloring fiber, the upstream enterprises are very willing to increase technology investment, production and market development. There is no problem, and further advancement of the project requires better cooperation between downstream companies. Among them, the color standard of the liquid coloring is the core, the color is the standard base point, and the project will formulate the mainstream color standard to help the later enterprises apply the raw liquid coloring fiber.

Jiang Shicheng, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said that the development and application of raw liquid coloring fibers closely follows the themes of environmental protection , green development and cleaner production. The members of the Chemical Fiber Alliance, including basic research units and enterprises, can solve problems from the perspective of industrial chain and market demand. The colored fiber is recognized in the textile industry. For enterprises, the next step is to use innovative thinking and solve problems through industrial chain cooperation. Colored fibers will eventually meet the needs of the latter, so how to adapt to the downstream needs with simple and scientific methods and guide production requires careful study.
